Return Policy
You may return an unused item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. And most important, please indicate the reason for return. You may want to insure your return: we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
Exchanges
To exchange merchandise, there will be shipping & handling charge of $6.50 for United States orders; $12.00 for Canada and international orders. Shipping Information
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING NOT OFFERED. FREE SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN THE CONTINENTAL USA FOR PURCHASES OVER $75.00 (excluding tax). A flat rate of $10.99 applies to all ground shipping. All shipping by ground, unless otherwise requested by purchaser and additional fee applies. You must contact us for a return authorization number prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned at your expense in unopened and perfect condition in order to receive credit.
Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (PT). For expedited shipping, call our toll free customer support number 1-877-254-3387 to order over the phone.

Credit Cards: The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved, although payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your order will be automatically canceled.
Debit Cards: Payment is deducted from your account at the time your card is approved. A receipt is included with each order.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability; and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders.
