Refund Exchange Policy
You have 30 days to decide if the fantastic item purchased is really the right item for you!.
Citylife USA will exchange or refund an item,
provided that it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered, torn or worn and that all the labels and tags are attached. Swimsuit/Swimwear bottoms are final sale for hygienic reasons. So, if we can still sell it, then we would be happy to exchange it.
The easiest way to return by mail is via USPS.
Once you request a return or exchange, a return form will be emailed to you. You need to fill it out in its entirety and email or fax it back to the main office at 702-736-9430, or at : firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "return/exchange".
Once the form is completed and signed, our refund exchange department will send you an email with a USPS return label. It is to be printed and put on the item you are returning. If you acquire any extra charges than what was provided by Citylife USA from shipping, you will have to cover the excess cost. A personalized link from Citylife USA will be sent to you with whatever charges you may acquire.
If you request an alternative company for shipping such as FedEx, or UPS, please feel free to inform us and we will gladly accommodate your shipping needs.
The return shipping fee of $5.95 will be automatically deducted from the final transaction total. This is due to transferring inventory either back to the warehouse, or in one of our stores.
Citylife USA is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by Citylife USA. Please allow us to process your return label for your exchange/refund, and send it to you via e-mail. Keeping record of the transaction is very important.
Citylife USA does not accept C.O.D deliveries.
Exchanges and Refunds will be processed as a new order and your credit card will be charged.
The return and order transactions may not post simultaneously and will be processed as two separate transactions through your account.
Exchanging items In-Store:
We also offer the chance to browse any of our retail locations to locate your exchange you desire. If you are in fact, heading to Las Vegas, we will look forward to meeting with you in person! (Note: On the occasion you will be visiting our fine city and want to browse our shops, but you are nearing the 30 day deadline. Inform us you will be coming for a visit, and we can suspend the grace period in which to exchange from 30 days, to 90 days. This option is only valid with approved and authorized permission from the online sales manager. Contact for more details or questions regarding the policy.
